- It was on the night of 14-Jan-98, when no creatures were stirring, and all was
- silent. Suddenly, Andy jumped out from behind a rock and wouldnt stop shouting
- about "Re: GOOD Programmer Wanted" until I was forced to knock them out:
-
- »-> After all, would any of the list guys work on a project (coding it
- »-> all) for a measly 10%???
-
- No way, like I said earlier, at least 20% of whats left after paying everyone
- else, as the programmer does the hardest part of the program (and has to put
- up with all the nagging!!)
-
- »-> I realise that there is other guys to pay (Musicians/Gfx/Admin etc),
- »-> but surely 10% for a programmer is pretty low?
-
- If the game is being produced by Team 17 and he has signed his contract, then
- Team17 should be offering him this help for free. I know sadeness help Paul
- Burkey out a bit with Foundation, so I guess they must have to help to get
- their stuff on the shelves.
-
- »-> Maybe if this Team 17 (I thought they had left our Amiga!) project
- »-> will be a BIG payer though???
-
- Thats what I had heard (and thought I read). Must be a damn good Amiga game (a
- major milestone for AMOS too) if its going to bring them back!!
-
- Do tell us more, Jamie!
